Creatives can still submit their visions via the company's website until 22 July. The 100 best of them will win prize money of $100,000 each at the end, which they can use to make their spectacular idea a reality by August 2023. Travellers will find this accommodation after completion on the Airbnb website under the category "Wow". This summarises the most unusual accommodations on the platform and has even become one of the most popular categories on the website.

An expert jury consisting of designers, experienced architects and Airbnb hosts will decide which visions are the most feasible and unusual. This year, Koichi Takada, founder of the Sydney-based architecture firm Koichi Takada Architects, is on board, as is style icon Iris Apfel. Kristie Wolfe, who is a superhost on Airbnb and has designed unique Airbnb accommodations, and Bruce Vaughn, Vice President of Experimental Creative Product, are also part of the jury.
